With a massive fleet of company-owned vehicles and 21 strategic Sales and Distribution Offices, we have created a seamless ecosystem that strengthens our bond with the community. This extensive width of distribution ensures that our products travel safely and swiftly, bridging the gap between our state-of-the-art factories and the local pharmacies serving patients in both bustling urban centers and remote rural villages.
Our Supply Chain Architecture
To ensure that product integrity is preserved from our hands to yours, our logistics are governed by a meticulous, three-tier chain:
Primary Distribution (The Central Hub)
The journey begins at our Central Distribution Cell (CDC) in Tejgaon, Dhaka. Acting as the nerve center of our operations, the CDC manages the inventory directly from the factory and orchestrates dispatch nationwide. It also personally handles the massive requirements of the Dhaka metropolitan area.
Secondary Distribution (Regional Pillars)
To ensure speed and efficiency, the CDC channels products to our Regional Distribution Cells (RDCs). These are 20 distribution hubs strategically positioned in 19 key districts ensuring that no division of the country is left waiting for essential supplies.
Tertiary Distribution (The Last Mile)
The final and most crucial step ensures community reach. From the regional hubs, our fleet of distribution vehicles takes over the "last mile" delivery, ensuring our healthcare solutions are available at the doorstep of the community, regardless of the location.
